The College of Physicians and Surgeons of New Brunswick (CPSNB) serves and protects the public by regulating the practice of medicine in the province. With over 25 employees, CPSNB is currently seeking a legal counsel to assist multiple departments.The legal counsel will provide legal services across multiple areas of the College's operations, including complaints, professional standards and policy, and contract and corporate matters. This role supports the Associate Registrar and General Counsel in ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and advancing organizational objectives through sound legal advice.

The Registration Agent is responsible for tasks related to processing applications for registration and licensure and annual licensure renewal and the issuance of certificates of professional conduct.
