Such generally relates to services covered on an insured basis by New Brunswick Medicare through reciprocal billing.  It is always coordinated through a Telemedicine program in New Brunswick.

It does not include services for which there is a direct report being provided to a hospital institution in New Brunswick, such as in the case of pathology or radiology.  Those services, as well as those which are not available on an insured basis, require a licence.
